The best way to make the crowds familiar with the real estate agents is to make it a good and eye-catching advertisement. The method used is a distinctive example of a spin off of the rule 'think outside the box'. However, that doesn't mean that this is the only effective technique that can get the attention of the attention of the masses. There are many other techniques like list building, community building and education that can be employed to get their message to the masses. It all depends on the targeted audience as to whether these effective marketing techniques really get the sales from the targeted audience.
